It's yet another midweek today, how fast time flies like a shafts that is blown by the wind. It signals the fact that the week will be over in a couple of days.

But wait a moment, have I achieve my target for the day? I'm afraid no! Then what am I doing? Get back to work.

IAmAliveChallenge (IAAC)

My #115 IAAC participation for the new year

I am thankful to @flaxz for this wonderful initiative.

The four basic points to take part in the #IamAliveChallenge are:

  • Tell the world that you are alive in a video or photo, and publish it on Hive and We Are Alive
  • Use Tags #alive and #iamalivechallenge
  • Share it on Twitter and or LeoThreads
  • Celebrate your victory everyday

Keep following @bradleyarrow in his curation trail to be visible and get exposure, join the curation and enjoy the bbh drips.

🩺Today's Medical/Health TitBit🩺

Non-drug management of IBS

During college life, our professor of medicine said that if a specialist gets a patient with IBS, his chamber practice is under great threat! Patient will sit outside of the chamber and talk with other patients about how the specialist couldn't cure him/her!

IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) is such an illness that it is quite difficult to cure! It needs a super personalized management approach. The symptoms and the triggering factors widely vary from patient to patient! Christine Lee, MD, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition discussed some non-drug management options for a patient with IBS. The Link

She mentioned 6 major points:

  • Doing regular exercise
  • Adding IBS-friendly foods to the diet
  • Avoiding triggering foods
  • Getting Enough Sleep
  • Drinking enough water
  • Living a stress-free life
