Uff, tremendous title. How much meaning in so few words. In some aspects it seeks to treat as diseases or disorders aspects that are part of life and the very nature of the human being. Avoiding unpleasant emotions not only does not prevent us from feeling them, but it encysts them and makes us more vulnerable for the future. However, it was also necessary that certain traumas could be considered as situations that produce suffering and that until now were ignored and ignored.
