I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
It's just past 11AM here and it's already been a very eventful morning, and not in a good way. As I left the Flow House to go make my superfood fire coffee, I saw that my planting beds on both sides of the trail going up to the Flow House we're almost completely obliterated by wild pigs during the night. That is certainly not the best start to the day.
After making my fiery green elixir, I spent some time putting my planting beds back together, and replanting all my various plants that had been tossed asunder. I have more work to do, but at least the trail is cleared, and my plants are back in the ground.
While Jo(hanna) and I were milking Daisy the cow this morning, something crazy and unexpected happened, as we were nearing the end of the process. From one moment to the next, Daisy went berserk, kicking, jumping, and thrashing, and in the process completely destroying the milking stantion. We also lost half a bucket of milk. Very thankfully neither Jo or I, or the cow, were hurt.
Afterwards Daisy was much calmer, which was a very good thing. We still have no idea what spooked her, and we're very much hoping that it doesn't happen again. Since Daisy can't go multiple days without being milked, the milk stantion needs to be rebuilt today.
There was one other pretty disturbing thing that happened last night, too. Braja, Ano's mother, and grandmother to Iolanthe and Elohi, had to be taken to the hospital, which is a very rare occurance here. She had gotten a cut on her knee that wasn't healing, and apparently the infection got into her blood steam, making her system septic. She's still in the hospital, though Ano talked with her this morning, and thankfully she is feeling much better. Living at GaiaYoga has never been easy, but some days take that to a whole new level. I just keep doing my best, regardless of what comes.
Yesterday, Tuesday, I left the Flow House, after finishing my Hive tasks, around 2PM, giving some attention first to some photography for these posts. When I had a good batch of shots, I went to the Landing to strain and blend kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao). With kefir done, I went to Tutu's to do the dry-goods order, and to participate in a small gathering for Kana's 77th birthday. Once I left Tutu's, I collected a wheelbarrow full of assorted edible foliage for cow-milking food, before it got too dark. When that was done, I took a shower, then I made myself some food (more guacamole toast), then I headed back to the Flow House, to get into my evening round of Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I got everything on Hive done by just after 9PM, and after some token management, and a scan of my X feed, I went to bed around 10:30PM. I woke up just before 8AM, still feeling like I needed more sleep, doing another round of token management, starting on this post, and then getting out of bed to go make my superfood fire coffee. After our harrowing cow milking, I returned to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 12PM, so quite a good time to end this post, so that I may get to my other few important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to first take photos for these posts, and for my entry in the Shadow Hunters Contest, and then community/land work. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's expression of this post! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go!
2024 Life Goals
1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do.
2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness.
3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others.
4.) Dance regularly again.
5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again.
6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.
7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.
9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth, care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships.
10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice.
11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
