Exercising while sunbathing is very enjoyable. That's why I always make an outdoor exercise schedule in between my weightlifting and yoga exercises that I do indoors.
The morning sunlight also makes me feel more energetic and improves my mood. So I'm very happy when the outdoor exercise schedule arrives!
Today is a sunny day! Yeay! I went to the city field. There are also many people who routinely do physical exercises.
The blue sky, many green trees, the sound of birds combined with the sound of vehicles in the city center but the air is still very good because the city field is quite large. Walking around the city field is a great way to start staying active for those of you who are lazy to move. Because actually starting is very difficult. So by getting used to walking, you will start to get used to being active. For those of you who have a work routine during office hours, it is very good for you to start walking in the afternoon.
Walking outdoors also has many advantages. We can enjoy beautiful scenery if we find the right place. In the city center field where I live, there are also parks that make me love seeing the blooming flowers around there.
To start, I did aerobics for about 32 minutes.
After doing aerobics, I walked around the field. Walking fast and ending with a leisurely walk.
Today, I walked more than 7000 steps in total and have met my daily target of 7000 steps that I set.
After doing physical activity, I stopped at the modern market where I usually shop. The location of this market is one way home from the city center where I exercised earlier.
Shopping at the market is also a good idea to increase our daily steps target. Especially if the market is very large. While walking around looking for our needs, without realizing it, our feet are also moving!
Today, I bought vegetables and fruits for daily stock, because my refrigerator is broken. I try to meet my fruit and vegetable intake.
I shopped for baby green beans, Chinese cabbage, tofu, bananas, pomegranates, watermelons, and more ❤️ Let's be enthusiastic about adding vegetables and fruits!
Don't forget to always create different colors for food sources on our plates later. As much as possible more varied. Of course this is not easy and requires detailed cost planning.
After shopping, I had a simple breakfast menu. Steamed eggs, steamed bananas, also watermelon. It looks simple but very filling!
Then the day went productively. Walking in the outdoor area really helps improve your mood!
