Happy wednesday walkers!!!!!!
Good day everyone ,here I am again sharing you some of my walks Thabks to sir @tattoodjay for inniating this #wednesdaywalk challenge.
This past few days ,I realize that I easily get body pain.Even when I get up from bed ,I feel stiff neck ,arm and body pain.
The reasons of it maybe I lack of excercise so I dicided to do some homework out.Its my second day of doing some arm and shoulder excercise and ofcourse the walking
Walking ,the simpliest excercise we can do
I woke up around 4:30 in the morning my husband and son's breakfast.While waiting for the rice to cook ,I am doing some arm and shoulder excercise for 15minutes then prepared their viand and set the table for them.
When they are already having their breakfast ,I went outside for walking for about 20minutes and I was amazed of the little fog I saw this morning.Its been a while that I did'nt saw this in our place.
During daytime ,the weather is too hot and turn cold at dawn .Here's some prof that its cold here hihi.
Its still 5:30 am ,and its cold outside but I love it since in the afternoon is too hot and so happy to experienced this coldness.
Though it just a short walk but I felt a lightier feeling.Hoping I can continue the excercises I am doing for me to be fit again.
Anyway ,I am asking my hubby to come with me and do jogging and walking and we are talking it already.Maybe soon,if he can have much time coz he needs to go to work early in the morning.
I am scared of walking or jogging alone coz a lot of dogs are in the road and afraid they might chasing and bite me lol!
