It's been a while since my last post in this community, and I'm excited to tell you about my Wednesday walk.
I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during a lovely Wednesday walk at Boso Boso Church. It had been a while since I’d taken time out to explore, and I’m so glad I did!
It happens that we are celebrating our Christmas Party with old-school friends and accidentally see this ancient church in Boso Boso also known as Nuestra Señora de la Annunciata Parish Church Its ancient stone walls and rustic charm exudes a sense of peace that is hard to find elsewhere. This is a historical place It was established in 1669 by the Franciscans based on the history articles that I've read.
As I approached the church, I was greeted by the breeze and the fragrant scent of candles and leaves. The path leading up to the entrance was lined with vibrant greens, creating a picturesque scene perfect for a stroll. With each step, my worries began to melt away, and I felt a sense of tranquility enveloping me.
I took a moment to absorb the serene atmosphere. The sunlight poured through the stained glass windows, casting colorful patterns on the stone floor. I found a quiet corner and sat down on one of the wooden benches. It was the perfect spot to reflect and soak in the beauty around me.
Inside the church I was amazed by the structures of it, the materials are really from ancient times.
After giving it some thought, I decided to look at the church. I strolled along the trails and enjoyed the stunning views of the surrounding hills.
It became clear to me that it was time to return as the sun began to set. The hike back down was as lovely, with everything glowing warmly in the golden light. I was refreshed and appreciative of the time I had spent in such a tranquil setting.
That Wednesday at Boso Boso Church was more than just a walk; it was a reminder of the importance of slowing down and appreciating the simple things in life.
