Happy Hump Day, Wednesday Walkers! Wow. That just sounds like the antagonist of the movie Game of Thrones- the White Walkers. lol.
Sitting all day in the office is my daily routine. Of course, that's while doing some paper works. Sometimes when I'm tasked to do some errands for my boss, I would take as much time to absorb everything from the outside world.
I love the surroundings the most when the day is almost over. It's a very nice time to relax and take in everything from nature. The different hues of the sky and the clouds forming different shapes are something to look forward to. You see, I'm a sky-person. I take delight in the different shows the skies display. Whenever I see it in blooming colours or in a gloomy atmosphere, I would take a photo and save it forever.
The Oval
This one is taken from the Oval. This is where most students stay after their class. Criminology students would have a jog here and the athletes would make use of their area as their training ground. The Oval is vast and filled with grass. From where we stand, we can see three buildings. From the left, we have the New Library, then the Student Center and lastly the Research, Innovation and Extension Building. It's small from afar of course but when you see it personally it's breathtakingly huge.
The Old Industrial Building
To my left is the Old Industrial Building. There are also flag poles. Maybe this area used to be the place the employees assemble when they had Flag Ceremony before. I can't tell as I'm not an alumna of this campus. This building is huge but in my perspective it's creepy.
The New Research, Innovation and Extension Building
From the Oval, we walked until we reached the Research, Innovation and Extension Building. It's not yet done but it's getting there. It's one of the new buildings of the University. This will house the researchers and the extensionists of the university.
The U-shaped Building
Adjacent to the building mentioned above is the U-shaped building. These are where some classes are conducted. Here offices and laboratories are also located. The engineers have to make wise use of the small area. The small space in the area is where the faculty park their vehicles.
That's about our university today friends. Until next time.
All the images are my own.
