Today is another of my entry to the popular #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay. Today, was basically a different day entirely. Rather than just a walk it was in combination of work. When I mean work, then I mean my day-to-day activities. There is a need to survive on this our planet and trust me, everyone deserve to have a constant source of income then later diversify. I am currently on that stage of just one source of income and I will get to that point in life where there are going to be multiple.
Changing a faceplate to a splitter box is a task that took me approximately Two (2) hours, fifteen (15) minutes. This is because, I have to first do a documentation of the cores that are being spliced on both cable. Afterwards, I have to prepare the cables by removing all the protective layers, till the cores are visible for stripping, cleaving and splicing. The major reason why this faceplate is changed to splitter box is because, from experience faceplates tends to increase the dbm of a PON before getting to its final splitting destination. It was a wise decision taken at the best time.
This is the faceplate and you can see how dirty it is and very untidied
This is the final outcome and you can judge that this is more pleasing to the site and more protective in comparison to the faceplate.
On my way back, I saw these flower vase. Unlike the regular small ones, this is a bigger one and it looks pleasing to the eyes. It is very obvious that these flower vases are yet to be painted
These are the painted ones and you can see how admirable that they are and pleasing to be seen.
The street gutter is not looking pleasing at all. I playfully told the man that to attract more customers, it is best to clean his environments. A clean environment will definitely be more inviting than an unclean one
