Hello my fellow Hiveans, it is a pleasure to share with you on this #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay. I came across this construction site within my vicinity. To be honest I have seen many of this kind but this looks very different. I was not able to see the site Engineer this very day. Fropm my experience I have always heard and read that for every expectedly strong building, one needs to have a very strong foundation in other to have a very strong building.
So it is not about the beauty of the building, because beauty can be deceptive, it is not about the structural design because that also can be deceptive. No matter the beauty or the structural design. Without a strong foundation that is absolutely nothing. I know that architects, and building Engineers here will agree that this foundation is a very solid one. I did tell the workers here that I will come back in few days time to have a look again. Then, the site Engineer would have been around so that I can ask the questions running through my mind.
One thing that I have noticed these days is that people just rush to build a house. Even without proper survey or enough funds at hand, and that is why there are so many abandoned and uncompleted buildings all around. The fact that some people are doing it does not mean one has to rush into it. Best is to have enough funds before making an attempt to build. This is because one a foundation has been laid the next is to continue the construction. This is because with so many rain and so many sun heat the foundation sometimes becomes weak.
