Hello everyone, Merry Christmas!!! I hope you are all happy celebrating holidays with friends and family :) Thank you for welcoming me here in this community.
Every year, Christmas is celebrated by billions of people worldwide as a religious and cultural event that honors the birth of Jesus Christ. It is mostly observed on December 25. Preparation for Christmas, a liturgical feast that is essential to Christianity, starts on the First Sunday of Advent and continues during Christmastide, which traditionally lasts twelve days in the West and ends on Twelfth Night. A key component of the yearly holiday season, Christmas Day is a public holiday in many nations and is commemorated religiously by the majority of Christians as well as culturally by many non-Christians.
According to the Nativity of Jesus, the traditional Christmas story told in the New Testament, Jesus was born in Bethlehem in fulfillment of messianic prophecies. The inn was full when Joseph and Mary got to the city, so they were given a stable where the Christ Child was born shortly after. Angels told shepherds about this, and they told others. The exact date of Jesus' birth is the subject of several theories. The date was set by the church in the early fourth century as December 25, which was the Roman Empire's winter solstice. March 25, the Roman date of the spring equinox, is nine months after Annunciation. In the Gregorian calendar, the majority of Christians celebrate on December 25.
Today, I welcome you all here in our Municipality the Province of Davao de Oro. Let us #walk around and celebrate the essence of #christmas.
It's the first time here in our municipality to have a giant tree that amazes us because of the different design of the lights, it's really different when #levelup in service. We enjoyed watching it with friends and family. You can really feel the essence of Christmas when you see these lights. It really cheers up the heart even though we have different experiences around Christmas.
Here it is like a circle designed in blue. These are designs on the sides of the giant tree.
There is also a big star in front of the municipality that symbolizes love and peace to the people.
This is the entrance side, as soon as you enter here, this is what you will see immediately. Bright Christmas lights that welcome visitors.
This is a design on the other hand, usually taking pictures here is also an exit from inside the municipality.
I am proud to be from here because the improvement and promotion of our municipality is at a different level than before, so we are happy #walking around.
Today I am happy to be with my family during Christmas I hope you are too :)
Thank you so much for dropping by. See you in my next post :) Merry Christmas again and Advance Happy New Year to everyone!!!
