Greetings, dear hives and friends of #WednesdayWalk. I hope your week is going great.
Today, like every Wednesday, I want to share with you another of my walks thanks to the lovely initiative of @tattoodjay , which I like and motivates me so much, because I can appreciate beautiful places.
The day dawned with a somewhat cloudy sky and a heat that seemed to embrace every corner. However, that didn't stop me. I had a to-do list that I had to accomplish, and my tour became an adventure full of great purposes.
My first stop was in Paraguachi, where I would finally pick up my glasses. It had been 21 long days since I had ordered them, and the wait had become unbearable. The glasses were a must for me, and upon turning in my receipt, I had them in my hands. I just need to adjust a bit to the new prescription, but the visual clarity they provide is invaluable. I felt satisfied that I had accomplished one of the goals of the day and more so this one will bring me great benefit.

Hoy, como cada miércoles, quiero compartir con ustedes otro de mis recorridos gracias a la encantadora iniciativa de @tattoodjay , que tanto me gusta y motiva, porque puedo apreciar hermosos lugares.
El día amaneció con un cielo algo nublado y un calor que parecía abrazar cada rincón. Sin embargo, eso no me detuvo. Tenía una lista de tareas pendientes que debía cumplir, y mi recorrido se convirtió en una aventura llena de grandes propósitos.
Mi primera parada fue en Paraguachi, donde finalmente recogería mis lentes. Habían pasado 21 largos días desde que los había encargado, y la espera se había vuelto insoportable. Los lentes eran imprescindibles para mí, y al entregar mi recibo, los tuve en mis manos. Solo necesito adaptarme un poco a la nueva graduación, pero la claridad visual que proporcionan es invaluable. Me sentí satisfecha por haber cumplido uno de los objetivos del día y más este que me traerá un gran beneficio.
With improved vision, I wasted no time, and began to appreciate the scenery as I headed towards the city. On the way, I tried to stop for gas, but the line of cars was endless. I knew I had enough gas to get to my destination and back, I just wanted to fill up the tank, so I decided to keep going. Sometimes, patience is the best traveling companion.
Con una visión mejorada, no perdí el tiempo, comencé a apreciar el paisaje mientras me dirigía a la ciudad. En el camino, intenté detenerme para poner combustible, pero la fila de autos era interminable. Sabía que tenía suficiente gasolina para llegar a mi destino y regresar, solo quería completar el tanque, así que decidí continuar. A veces, la paciencia es la mejor compañera de viaje.
I arrived at the Sunsol Unik hotel to deliver some invoices. Although I had to wait a bit, everything went smoothly. While waiting, I took the opportunity to take some pictures. The day was cloudy, but the nuances in the landscape fascinated me. Beauty is hidden even in the most ordinary moments, you just have to know how to appreciate the moment.
Llegué al hotel Sunsol Unik para entregar algunas facturas. Aunque tuve que esperar un poco, todo transcurrió sin complicaciones. Mientras aguardaba, aproveché para tomar algunas fotos. El día estaba nublado, pero los matices en el paisaje me fascinaron. La belleza se esconde incluso en los momentos más cotidianos, solo hay que saber apreciar el momento.
Finally, when we returned, the manager was available, and the delivery of the invoices was quick and efficient.
Finalmente, al regresar, el gerente ya estaba disponible, y la entrega de las facturas fue rápida y eficiente.
I headed to RMW, which was already the last pending task of the day, where I would pick up an order, which honestly, I had been looking forward to this package, and upon checking it, I confirmed that everything arrived without any mishaps.
Me dirigí a RMW que ya era la última tarea pendiente del día, dónde recogería una encomienda, que honestamente, había esperado con ansias este paquete, y al revisarlo, confirmé que todo llegó sin contratiempos.
As it was almost 5:00 pm, and my stomach was roaring with hunger, I went into the bakery in the Sigo market, bought a pizza and a malt to recharge my batteries and continue on my way. Sometimes, it's good to give the body a treat, they are necessary to keep us going.
Cómo ya eran casi las 5:00 pm, y mi estómago rugía de hambre, entré a la panadería del mercado Sigo, compré una pizza y una malta para recargar energías y continuar con mi camino. A veces, es bueno darle al cuerpo un gusto, son necesarias para mantenernos en marcha.
As we left the market, the sky was beginning to darken. Despite being mostly cloudy, the sunset painted the horizon with reddish and golden hues. I wanted to capture that moment, immortalize it in a photograph. In Margarita Islands, it is not common to see the sky like this, and I felt that sharing this excellent view with you would be a beautiful gift that nature gave us.
Al salir del mercado, el cielo comenzaba a oscurecer. A pesar de estar mayormente nublado, el atardecer pintó el horizonte con tonalidades rojizas y doradas. Quise capturar ese momento, inmortalizarlo en una fotografía. En Islas Margarita, no es común ver el cielo así, y sentí que compartir esta excelente vista con ustedes sería un regalo hermoso que nos dió la naturaleza.
