Getting started with my morning exercise routine

This Wednesday I started again to go jogging and exercising in the morning, I had almost a year that I did not exercise, today starts at 6:00 AM I get up and put on my clothes to go out, when I go outside the sun had not yet risen but once ready I go out he had already gone out alone, I go to look for my friend and the streets are practically alone.

My friend's house is about 5 blocks away from my house I walk calmly until I get there, when I arrived he was waiting for me on the porch of his house, then we went to the sports center where there are spaces for exercise and courts, from my friend's house it is about 5 blocks to get to the place.

In this place many people come to exercise and there are many football teams that have their practices in the main field, around this field there is a running track and exercise machines, when we arrived we started jogging and I begin to feel the consequences of not exercising, I feel fatigued from the beginning, but I managed to do 5 laps around the field, I did not continue because my knees started to hurt.

After jogging we went to do adbominals in some chairs that are for this, here I managed to do 5 sets of 30 repetitions, these are my favorite since I would like to reduce a little bit the tummy that I have grown and at the same time tone my adbominals, this was the exercise in which we lasted the longest, after doing the sit-ups we went to do push-ups, I could only do 3 sets of 15 repetitions, after this we decided to leave it up to here because my friend who was with me got a little dizzy and my stomach got a little upset.

We lasted exercising for about an hour, and we agreed to come tomorrow and continue with this every day, very early in the morning so that it does not interfere with our daily activities.

I do love early morning outings as not many people are out and about

very sensible to stop once your knees started hurting, best to slowly build up as you start again

If in the mornings you can already exercise more calmly, it is certainly necessary to start warming up the joints of our body so that they recover their natural strength.
