Hello hivers, an happy Tuesday to you all!
It's another sunny day and I just came back at home after I went to the postal office close to my home to send one of the artworks I sold days ago and I had a nice surprise: inside the postal office there were our relatives with their beautiful 2 little twins (around 5 months old). When I went in front of the little ones they opened their mouths in a large large smile and they moved their chubby little hands close to my face. I think nothing is sweeter than the smiles of the little ones and when it happens it makes me feel in a very positive mood! For me, it's like to put a lot of sweet things inside my heart to make it warm. ❤️
Coming back to my daily art, this morning I woke up soon to work on a new artwork before to go to the postal office and, in the following pics, you can see the final result of the piece for today:
The subject is an human figure in my own illustrative style with an hair style that reminds the clouds. To paint it I used different shades of ivory color mixed to other ones. I used the ivory colors because time ago I bought a large tube of it, I made a mistake, because I needed white color instead of ivory, so now I have more ivory than I need to have. 😉
It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size (my favorite size when I work on paper) and, like I use to do every time I paint a new piece, I took some pics while I was painting it so you can see the process too:
