Hahaha nope, I typically don’t even play the flute when they’re in the car. I can kind of justify putting myself in danger, but not them :)

LOL! Yes this is fair! In fact, I always prioritize safety over musical instruments, not for me, but for the others on the road; my music is not good enough to warrant anyone getting hurt or killed. Now this part, this part may be rationalization on my part, but personally I do not text or do anything phone related (except hit record) while driving, and I also no longer will play songs that require reading of any kind (although it will probably happen in scheduled videos over the next while), so my eyes, with music, are (pretty much) always on the road…man, all these parentheses…wish I knew how to use smaller text ;)

We moved here from Maryland, to the beach town of Wilmington last year. I recently started a second Hive account as a local musician in town, something I can share with local bars to get gigs. It’s strictly professional, where this account is more my uninhibited self (my immediate family will not know albus), and the other is my public side, which is strictly focused on stringed instruments. You didn’t ask lol - it was probably a shifty segue at best 🤣anyway I did almost join the Australian military many years ago, but mostly I’ve just been in the US. Your portrayal of love and light I think is dead on. Anyway, you’re cool, I gotta go, ok see ya!
