One of the most significant battles I've seen in anime over the years is Itachi's battle against his younger brother Sasuke. I know there are many emblematic ones in other titles, however, I consider this one to have a pretty deep meaning, and that, is one of the aspects that catches my attention the most.
The story of both brothers moves in a closed cycle of love and hate that is broken by Itachi's death - I assume you already saw it - and influences further development in Sasuke's character. There are two things I will always admire about an anime or manga, the first being the depth of the story, and the second the development of the characters, and I consider the Naruto series to have both, which is why I continue to watch it to the end.
I am not a fan of superficiality, for me it is a waste of time in all aspects of life, so, if there is a good story to read and enjoy I will gladly do it. The Uchija clan turned out to be one of the most powerful in the ninja world, and Sasuke and Itachi two very important characters. I confess that I didn't have the slightest idea of Itachi's actions, so I praise its mangaka Masashi Kishimoto for giving it a totally unexpected twist when his truth is discovered.
It all starts with a beautiful love story between brothers, Itachi takes care of Sasuke and helps him with his training, but Itachi's life was involved in a dark dilemma. It is not easy to "betray" if you can call it that to all those who are part of your village, or rather your family, but Itachi did it for the greater good, and at this point we can see the character's commitment to always be faithful to the place that had welcomed them since ancient times.

When Itachi kills everyone in his clan I was shocked, my thirst for justice wanted to see him dead every time he faced the main characters, but he was too powerful to be defeated, even Kakashi couldn't do it. My expectations for Sasuke to do it were over the top, I really didn't like the character, in fact all Akatsuki members are a bit complicated to appreciate despite being villains, but when you delve a little deeper into their lives you tend to see them with different eyes, the same thing happened to me with Itachi.
The battle itself is entertaining, but Itachi was far superior to Sasuke, that was clear, and although he was hurt, he could have obtained the victory, however, his health condition, and his hidden purpose led him to die in front of his brother with a smile on his face. I didn't really understand at the time what was going on, but after Uchija reveals everything to Sasuke his actions make complete sense.
It happens that in life there are times when one must make sacrifices for the sake of others, this is a reality, and I really liked that the mangaka made us meditate on that through this arc, in fact I think it was one of his main objectives, not only to entertain the audience but to impact the audience, and that can only be achieved with good stories.

Revenge will always be negative, it brings nothing good. I would have loved for Itachi's truth to never be known but it was necessary for the further development of the story, but the cycle of love and hate was broken thanks to Itachi's great sacrifice. Sasuke was satisfied when his brother was killed, but afterwards he had the pain that comes with it, and after that he lost his hatred towards him, or rather redirected it towards Konoha village, which according to him, is to blame for his brother's actions, but in the end his relationship and respect towards Itachi was reestablished.
This final aspect is the one I want to highlight, love will always overcome hate, as human beings there are times when we are filled with hatred towards someone or something, but we must learn to forgive, and we also have to sacrifice ourselves for the sake of others, these are life lessons that we can learn from a story that goes beyond fantasy and entertainment.

Una de las batallas más significativas que he visto en el anime a través de los años es la de Itachi en contra de su hermano menor Sasuke. Sé que hay muchas emblemáticas en otros títulos, sin embargo, considero que esta tiene un significado bastante profundo, y eso, es uno de los aspectos que más llama mi atención.
La historia de ambos hermanos se mueve en un ciclo cerrado de amor y odio que se rompe con la muerte de Itachi – asumo que ya la viste – e influye en un desarrollo más amplio en el personaje de Sasuke. Hay dos cosas que siempre voy a admirar de un anime o un manga, la primera de ellas es la profundidad de la historia, y la segunda el desarrollo de los personajes, y considero que la serie Naruto tiene ambas, por eso la continuo viendo hasta el final.
No soy fan de la superficialidad, para mi es una pérdida de tiempo en todos los aspectos de la vida, así que, si hay una buena historia para leer y disfrutar con gusto lo hare. El clan Uchija resulto ser uno de los más poderosos del mundo ninja, y Sasuke e Itachi dos personajes muy importantes. Confieso que no tenía la más mínima idea del accionar de Itachi, así que alabo a su mangaka Masashi Kishimoto por darle un giro totalmente inesperado cuando se descubre su verdad.
Todo comienza con una hermosa historia de amor entre hermanos, Itachi cuida a Sasuke y le ayuda con sus entrenamientos, pero la vida de Itachi estaba envuelta en un oscuro dilema. Mis expectativas de que Sasuke lo hiciera estaban por lo más alto, de verdad no me agradaba el personaje, de hecho todos los miembros de Akatsuki son un poco complicados de apreciar a pesar de ser villanos, pero cuando uno ahonda un poco más en sus vidas tiende a verlos con otros ojos, lo mismo me paso con Itachi.
La batalla en si es entretenida, pero Itachi fue muy superior a Sasuke, eso quedo claro, y aunque si fue lastimado, él podría haber obtenido la victoria, sin embargo, su condición de salud, y su propósito oculto lo llevaron a morir frente a su hermano con una sonrisa marcada en su rostro. Realmente no entendí en ese momento que estaba pasando, pero después que Uchija le revela todo a Sasuke su accionar cobra sentido completamente.
Sucede que en la vida hay momentos donde uno debe hacer sacrificios por el bien de otros, esto es una realidad, y me agrado mucho que el mangaka nos hiciera meditar en eso a través de este arco, de hecho pienso que fue uno de sus objetivos principales, no solo entretener a la audiencia sino impactar a la audiencia, y eso solo se consigue con buenas historias.
La venganza siempre será negativa, no trae nada bueno. Me habría encantado que la verdad de Itachi jamás se supiera pero era necesario para el posterior desarrollo de la historia, pero el ciclo de amor y odio fue roto gracias al gran sacrificio de Itachi. Sasuke estuvo satisfecho cuando su hermano fue muerto, pero después tuvo el dolor que eso conlleva, y posterior a eso perdió el odio hacia él, o mejor dicho lo redirigió hacia la aldea de Konoha, que según él, es la culpable del accionar de su hermano, pero al final su relación y respeto hacia Itachi fue restablecido.
Este aspecto final es el que quiero destacar, el amor siempre vencerá el odio, como seres humanos hay ocasiones en la que nos llenamos de odio hacia alguien o algo, pero debemos aprender a perdonar, y también tenemos que sacrificarnos por el bien de los demás, son enseñanzas de vida que podemos aprender de una historia que va más allá de la fantasía y el entretenimiento.
