In recent years, Korean content has become popular beyond its k-dramas. The reason for its impact has to do with many factors, but to delve into it would be to talk about the entire culture of Korea. However, even though there is some friction between Korea and Japan, the Japanese market has started to accept and distribute popular Korean content with some production companies, one of them being their manwhas.
Manwhas are the main competition of manga, since they tend to attract attention for their design and color, in addition, their creators are excellent drawing artists. And without leaving behind, of course, their incredible stories. After establishing a large audience with Tower of God, the Japanese market continues to venture into the creation of anime based on Korean stories.
Two of the manwhas that were popularized to Western consumption were Hit Viral, and the better known Appearances (Lookism), with its anime adaptation released on Netflix, while Hit Viral is on Crunchyroll -as a curious fact, it belongs to the same universe-. Dos de los manwhas que se popularizaron hasta el consumo occidental fueron Hit Viral, y el más conocido Apariencias (Lookism), con su adaptación de anime publicada en Netflix, mientras que Hit Viral está en el Crunchyroll —como dato curioso, pertenece al mismo universo—. This is a comic available on WEBTOON, one of the most popular websites in the world and originally launched in South Korea, being of huge importance for the creation of new comics, manwhas and manga.
Masakazu Hishida was in charge of directing the anime at Okuruto Noboru Studios, while Toshiya Oono was in charge of writing and supervising the scripts, and Satomi Miyazaki was in charge of character design and animation direction.

The opening gives me a strong fighting vibe, but it feels like Shonen and Spokon had a child. It gives this instinct to keep alert, as if hard times are coming.
The truth is that it is a striking opening, even attractive, and it is more repeatable than some openings of other releases of this year. There are certain openings that are impossible to skip, such as those of Naruto, Black Clover, Dragon Ball, even Dororo itself, with Hit Viral maybe it is not so much the impact, but it could be added to a playlist.
It seems to me that the opening is one of the things that you should always pay attention to, because fans tend to remember it with appreciation, and there are even people who watch anime just because they liked the opening.
This one would probably improve if it had better visuals, being a story with a fighting theme and a bit of slice of life, it would be interesting to see some graphics about it.

El opening me da unas vibes bien fuertes a luchas, pero se siente como si el Shonen y el Spokon fueran tenido un hijo. Da este instinto de mantener alerta, como si se acercaran tiempos difíciles.
La verdad es un opening llamativo, hasta podría decirse que atractivo, y es más repetible que algunos openings de otros estrenos de este año. Hay ciertos opening que son imposibles de saltar, como los de Naruto, los de Black Clover, los de Dragón Ball, hasta el mismo de Dororo, con el de Hit Viral quizás no es tanto el impacto, pero bien que podría agregarse a una playlist.
Me parece que el opening es una de las cosas que siempre hay que tenerle mucha atención, porque los fans suelen recordarlo con aprecio, y hasta hay personas que ven animes nada más por qué les gustó el opening.
Probablemente este mejoraría si tuviera mejores visuales, al ser una historia con temática de pelea y un poco de slice of life, fuera interesante ver algún grafico al respecto.
Plot
The plot moves forward with a little more speed than in the manwha, and some nostalgia that the beginning generates is lost, since we manage to easily empathize with Hobin because of how cruel life is usually cruel to him, and not only that, but his character building for his maximum development.
But in general rules, we get the most important thing. His beginnings in training to know how to fight, the manwha's base relationships with Snapper and Gaeul, and Bomi as his romantic interest. We also get a bit of Kim Moonsung and Seong Tae-hoon, two of the driving forces behind our protagonist's great development, and of course some antagonists, who no matter what format they're presented in, are just as obnoxious.
It should be added that if you watch the anime without knowing anything about the manwha, it will be a much more enjoyable experience. The essence remains the same, the personalities and teachings seem to be the same, so I hope their future installments are also formidable.

Pero en reglas generales, nos dan lo más importante. Sus inicios en el entrenamiento para saber pelear, las relaciones bases del manwha con Snapper y Gaeul, y Bomi como su interés romántico. También nos dan un poco de Kim Moonsung y Seong Tae-hoon, dos de los que impulsan el gran desarrollo de nuestro protagonista, y por su puesto algunos antagonistas, que no importa en que formato sean presentados, son igual de detestables.
Cabe agregar que sí ves el anime sin saber nada del manwha, será una experiencia mucho más agradable. La esencia se mantiene, las personalidades y enseñanzas parecen ser las mismas, así que espero que sus futuras entregas sean también sean formidables.
Characters
The characters are really great, both in the manwha and in the adaptation. Both physical and personality characteristics were respected in the animation; a nice fact is that even the same terrible gestures from the original drawing are retained, which adds a lot of comedy to the story.

Gaeul: friend of the protagonist, strong, outgoing and hardworking. She has a very interesting outlook on things, great abilities and courageous. She tends to be honest about many things except her feelings.

Taehoon: The cute guy, has one of the best backstories and his first look, while obnoxious, is extremely attractive.
Bomi: The main romantic interest, stable, cute personality and makes her contribution enjoyable. Although she is repetitive at times.
Moonsung: The coolest guy in the story, handsome, professional fighter and quite mature for his age. He also has a great story in his past, which makes the character that much more appealing.

Taehoon: El chico guapo, tiene una de las mejores historias de trasfondo y su primer vistazo, aunque es detestable, es sumamente atractivo.
Bomi: El interés romántico principal, estable, de linda personalidad y hace de su aporte algo agradable. Aunque en ocasiones es repetitiva.
Moonsung: El tipo más cool de la historia, guapo, peleador profesional y bastante maduro para su edad. También tiene una gran historia en su pasado, lo que hace al personaje mucho más atractivo.
Production design.

My opinion.
I liked it, it didn't kill me with excitement, but I loved watching one of my favorite animated manwhas. I think I'll like it more when my favorite character appears. Hopefully we can have more seasons soon.
