This is not the first time I watch this anime, and to be honest, I only downloaded it on my phone before because I have excess data that I don't know where to use. And the title caught my attention too, not because I find the plot good or interesting. I remember watching it only until episode 6. And I deleted it after because I couldn't convince myself to finish or to like it.
Then last month, I couldn't find new anime to download, and I still have a lot of internet data, so I decided to download this anime again. You know, just to see if I will like it this time. I downloaded it without really expecting anything from it, lol.
I then started watching episode one, and surprisingly, I like it. And I'm still wondering why I didn't like it the first time. Like, what change? Why do I keep on looking forward to the next episode on this second attempt, but I never did during the first time?
But anyway, let's talk about this anime now. The title is: High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World. Yep, it is an Isekai, my favorite genre as of now. And from its long title, I'm sure you already have an idea about it.
This is about the seven genius high school students who're ridiculously good at their own craft. They are in a plane when suddenly an accident happens, and when they all wake up, they are already in another world -different from their own world, which is Japan. The new world is like a fantasy in a book where true magic exists.
Here's the list of the names of the seven prodigies and where they're good at:
- Ohoshi Ringo: the world's top inventor
- Ichijo Aoi: the world's top swordman
- Kanzaki Keine: the world's top doctor
- Sanadaa Masato: the world's top entrepreneur
- Prince Akatsuki: the world's top magician
- Sarutobi Shinobu: the world's top journalist
- Mikogami Tsukasa: the world's top politician
The new world where they are transported is a medieval fantasy world, so there's a lot that they haven't discovered yet. They were rescued by a "Byuma," as refered to those with tails and animals ears. It is actually a small village of a Byuma. Ah, they also have dragons, but the seven prodigies are not even surprised about that. They are so easy to adapt to in their new world. Well, that's really how most isekai animes are, right?
And this is the start of one fun life in another world. They made it look like it was not easy, but I feel like they create solutions to every problem. As a sign of gratitude, the seven prodigies used their skills and talents to help those who had helped them. This is actually what excites me the most. Knowing that the seven prodigies will introduce new things to this world.
But as I watch more episodes, I feel like it's getting more ridiculous, like how everything is so easy for them to develop this and that. Imagine a missile being developed in a medieval world. I feel like no matter how knowledgeable a person is, it won't be that easy. But then, even though I find it really ridiculous, it still excites me. And that pushed me to finish it.
There's actually a lot that happened, they also built a lot, introduced some products, and even saved a lot of people. Each of them is really useful, their skills have resulted in a positive outcome. Their knowledge and skills bear a lot of fruit too. And this is what made me stay, and I was able to finish it.
Have you already watched this anime? What can you say about it? If I will rate it, I will give it 6.9 out of 10. Would I recommend it? I would if you enjoyed this kind of genre.
