"Anime? What are you? A kid?"
Whenever Mama sees me watching anime, this is what she will always say. And I was like, Mother, you don't know what you're talking (≧▽≦). She really thought it was meant only for kids. Although I already told her a lot of times that there's no way that anime is just for kids - that this is for adults too, bla bla, she will still believe what she wants to believe (≧▽≦). But well, as long as I know what it is, it doesn't matter. I was just like her before anyway. I only understood anime when I started watching it too.
Anyhow, people in the Philippines have a lot of experience watching anime because some TV programs will show some anime series and put a tagalog dub on them, like Naruto, Bleach, Hunter X Hunter, One Piece, Dragon Ball, and many many more. They experience that, while during that time, I can't freely watch on the TV because even if we have a TV, I can only watch at night. I'm lucky if Mom suddenly watch in the afternoon, but it rarely happen. I only started watching anime when I was already a college student.
I got so addicted to watching anime that I always looked for good anime on Facebook. That's the time when Facebook is still free, that's my only source of anime series, and thanks to that, I discovered a lot of good anime. That's where I download some of them, and it's hard because the uploader had to split the files, and we will use an app to compress them again. It's a fun experience for me because I really enjoyed watching those downloaded animes. And I just want to share, every anime that I watch, I will write it down on my notes so that I won't forget those anime I already watch.
Anyway, I've watched a lot of anime, but only a few of every season leave an impression to me. Just like last winter season 2023, there's a lot of Isekai-themed anime that season, and I really love that. As for my favorites, these three anime series have become my top favorites, they are like comfort anime to me. I can watch it over and over.
There's no conflict, no war, and everything, but just pure fun and full of adventure moments in every episode. Although there's still fighting involved, it's still not a depressing anime. Some might find it boring, but not for me. I've been watching this over and over, especially if I suddenly feel bored in my life and I want to comfort myself. Or, if I gor bored on the other series I'm watching, I will go bsck to one of this three.
If you don't want an anime with an OP character, then this is not for you. Although there's just a few fighting scenes, for me, he is very overpowered, and it is thanks to the Almighty Farming Tools that were bestowed on him by God.
I really enjoyed it as the series progressed. Every episode is so good that I wish there were more episodes of it. Sadly, it ended with only 12 episodes. I don't want to spoil so much, just try one episode and see if you will like it too. For me, I rate this 10/10!
Another amazing anime series is this one. After I watched this, I couldn't help but wish to have that "world jumping" ability that allows a user to go jump to another world and go back to earth with those skills. The protagonist here has that new ability given to her. And eith that and after some thinking she planned to save 80,000 Gold for her retirement. Isn't that awesome? If it's me, I will also do that, lol.
What's fun here is the fact that she uses modern knowledge and brings it to that fantasy world. And you know what can happen if those things in the present time are brought into that kind of world. It's really fun to watch, especially the part where she introduces foods to them. I love the reaction of those people who get to try it, lol. It's a must-watch for me too, and I rate it 10/10. Lastly, there is this! Out of the three, this one is my top 1. On this one, the main character was summoned into another world. And because the people who summoned him found his skills unusable, he just decided to go his separate ways. And from then on, a fun and exciting adventure starts.
And the skills that the people in there find useless are actually a heck of a lot of skills. I mean, imagine "online "grocery" as a unique skill. On the bright side, it is really a cool skill, especially if the items you can buy at that online supermarket are from his original world. How cool is that? Lol.
Thanks to his skills too, he gets to find a companion or familiar that can fight alongside him. I am actually curious how the other summoned will react if they ever meet again. I read the news about the second season of this anime series, so I hope they will show it in the second season. It's really a fun and exciting anime, too. And I rate this anime 11/10 because it is really a great anime. Have you already tried watching this?
These are the three comfort anime for me that I watch every now and then. This is the reason why I never delete these series on my phone. I like that I can watch them whenever and wherever I want.
