Tenía mucho que no participaba en uno de los concursos de @Splinterlands en el que me gusta mucho ser parte, y para esta semana queria entrar con una carta de la colección en la que últimamente he estado fijada, y estuve trabajando en este personaje que me gusto cuando lo vi y es de la colección #rebellion, viene siendo la carta de FLAME MEPHIT ya que hace un buen contraste con su cabello y piel. Así que me sumergi en la idea de este hermoso personaje de fuego. Recuerdo haber hecho uno hace mucho tiempo atrás y realmente me abrumaba mucho porque era mucha iluminación y en este caso usé para su piel un tono de gris oscuros en el que fui pincelando tonos saturados y también tonos azules claros con poca opacidad y también con mucho brillo para ir perfilando su estructura. Me gusto este resultado que logré con este tono de piel, ya que es, creo que de las segundas veces que realizo un personaje con un tono de piel oscuro. Espero realmente amen este resultado, yo lo ame y me contenta haber conseguido este juego de tonalidades y que con el fondo que es un color frío pues no se sobresaturo el cuadro en general. It's been a long time since I participated in one of the @Splinterlands contests that I really like to be part of, and for this week I wanted to enter with a card from the collection that I've been paying attention to lately, and I was working on this character that I I liked it when I saw it and it is from the #rebellion collection, it is the card from FLAME MEPHIT since it does a nice contrast to her hair and skin. So I dove into the idea of this beautiful fire character. I remember doing one a long time ago and it really overwhelmed me because it was a lot of lighting and in this case I used a dark gray tone for her skin in which I brushed saturated tones and also light blue tones with little opacity and also with a lot of brightness to outline its structure. I liked this result that I achieved with this skin tone, since it is, I think, the second time that I made a character with a dark skin tone. I really hope you love this result, I loved it and I am happy to have achieved this set of tones and that with the background, which is a cold color, the painting in general was not oversaturated. Para el boceto en limpio usé la brocha tipo lápiz que tiene un trazo suave y claro, así fui arreglando algunos detalles y limpiando con el borrador para tener más definición. Después, aplique los tonos base en donde el gris fue mi color base y para esto usé una brocha dura, pincelando luego un tono azul, con la opacidad cuidadosamente ajustada me permitió que las sombras y los reflejos se fusionaran de manera armoniosa. Para las áreas iluminadas, utilicé tonos naranja y para sombras marrón oscuro. La iluminación la seguí trabajando con un tono azul casi blanco, donde dividí estas capas para mayor control.
For the clean sketch I used the pencil-type brush that has a soft and clear line, so I was fixing some details and cleaning with the eraser to have more definition. Afterwards, I applied the base tones where gray was my base color and for this I used a hard brush, then brushing a blue tone, with the opacity carefully adjusted it allowed the shadows and highlights to merge harmoniously. For the highlighted areas, I used orange tones and for shadows dark brown. I continued working with the lighting with an almost white blue tone, where I divided these layers for greater control.

Los ojos y la boca los definí en capas separadas, con el mismo método normal utilizando brochas duras y con el difumino fui mezclando. Después, agregué brillos y detalles con tonos saturados y blanco. Para el corset me gustó la combinación de verde y turquesa que aplique, estos contrastaban muy bien envolviendo su torso. El mismo tono lo apliqué al fondo y para esto usé una brocha suave, luego seguí con el cabello donde usé brochas duras y también con la brocha abanico lo defini aún más. En capas separadas trabaje con método normal de mezcla, y para los ojos defini aún más delineando sus iris brillantes con blanco.
I defined the eyes and mouth in separate layers, with the same normal method using hard brushes and blending them with blending. Then, I added highlights and details with saturated tones and white. For the corset I liked the combination of green and turquoise that I applied, these contrasted very well wrapping her torso. I applied the same tone to the background and for this I used a soft brush, then I continued with the hair where I used hard brushes and also with the fan brush I defined it even more. On separate layers work with normal blending method, and for the eyes I defined even more by outlining their bright irises with white.

El cabello era un torbellino de colores saturados con tonos amarillos y naranjas que se entrelazan, como llamas danzantes. Para esto fui trabajando en varias capas agregando un tono más oscuro de fondo que se funde con los demás. En una capa separada, trabaje igual la bola flameante de fuego que levita sobre su mano. Con el cabello seguí agregando más capaz con brocha del tipo pelo para definir más aplicando difumino para integrar, así hice con varias capas. Después fui terminando con capas de superposición para saturar un poco la piel y agregar algo más de brillos en la piel y ropa. Agregué tambien puntos de iluminación en una capa normal y saturé ligeramente la piel, la boca y el cabello. Finalmente, añadí un brillo sutil al cabello y la bola flameante, usando también una brocha de puntos brillantes.
The hair was a whirlwind of saturated colors with yellow and orange hues intertwining, like dancing flames. For this I worked in several layers adding a darker background tone that blends with the others. On a separate layer, work the same flaming ball of fire that levitates above your hand. With the hair I continued adding more capacity with a hair type brush to define more applying blending to integrate, this is how I did with several layers. Then I finished with overlay layers to saturate the skin a little and add a little more shine to the skin and clothes. I also added highlights on a normal layer and lightly saturated the skin, mouth and hair. Finally, I added a subtle shimmer to the hair and flaming ball, also using a shimmer dot brush.
