i don't think there's much question about it anymore. they are definitely here. mostly they just hover above key areas like military bases, capital cities and such. maybe they are waiting to see how will react and allowing all of us to get used to the idea they want to make contact. or maybe they are studying us from above evaluating our level of technology and mapping their attack or waiting to see if we will attack first. but then again perhaps they just don't want to seem threatening and are contemplating how to communicate with us in such a manner that does not lead to conflict.
at any rate they are here and it won't be long before there is a formal meeting with them. up until now they have mostly landed in secluded places to scout out the terrain, geology, atmospheric conditions etc without unnecessary interference with humans. the chance of meeting one in an urban setting have been slim. but if you should happen to be in an area where people seldom venture you just might come across one or more of them .
the other day i was out foraging for mushrooms in such a place near the coast . there are no roads or paths and the forest is very dense with lots of ticks so people generally avoid the place. it was a beautiful sunny day with just a slight breeze so i was admiring the fabulous reflections of the rock on this tiny pond i discovered...
---when suddenly one of them appeared just long enough for me to get a photo of. and then just as suddenly it disappeared. it didn't run away or hide- it just vanished right in front of my eyes. it all happened so fast that i cannot say for sure but i suspect that it somehow merged itself with that rock that was reflecting in the water. after all the two photos look suspiciously similar.
anyway i left in such a hurry that i forgot all about the mushrooms i had gathered but it was an experience i won't ever forget
