Surrealism is one of my favorites types of art, today I wanted to experiment this style.
This technique allow the unconscious mind to express itself, it's basically just free your mind and just let it flow wherever it goes, this makes pieces that are out of this world, it's something that I enjoy because the art that comes up it's always a big surprise and this was indeed the case.
I was making a portrait but then I realized it was similar to a previous drawing , maybe because I was drawing things that are on the top of my head, I should use more references in the future but that was too funny because when I finished I was like...wait a second this face looks familiar!
When I put them side by side they were like freaking twins!
El surrealismo es uno de mis tipos de arte favoritos, hoy quería experimentar un poco con este estilo. Esta técnica permite que la mente inconsciente se exprese, es básicamente liberar tu mente y dejarla fluir donde quiera que vaya, esto crea piezas que están fuera de este mundo, es algo que disfruto porque el arte que surge siempre es un gran sorpresa y en este caso así fue.
Estaba haciendo un retrato, pero luego me di cuenta de que era similar a un dibujo anterior, tal vez porque estaba dibujando cosas de mi cabeza, debería usar más referencias en el futuro, de todas formas fue muy gracioso porque cuando terminé pensé...esta cara me resulta familiar...
¡Cuando las puse lado a lado parecian gemelos!
Process / Proceso
The process is simple , first we draw the lines of the proportions of the facial features, and then the details.
El proceso es sencillo, lo primero que se dibuja son las líneas de las proporciones de las facciones dea cara.
Anyways...I put the filter of mirror on the glitch app and I was more happy with the result.
De todas formas puse el filtro de espejo y me gustó el resultado.
At first I was making an actual angel so I put the wings on the normal place but then I remembered something about surrealism, in this genre there are no limitations so I put the wings attached to their eyes sockets instead of his back, why not?
Al principio estaba haciendo un ángel normal, así que puse las alas en el lugar tradicional, pero recordé que en el surrealismo no hay limitaciones, así que puse las alas unidas a sus ojos en lugar de a su espalda, por qué no?
I made this design with the drawing that could be good cover for an lo fi IDM music album because I put some glitch on it.
Hice un diseño usando el dibujo , lo hice con la estética glitch , creo que podría ser un album para música IDM.
