The Leofinance community and the ongoing campaign is indeed opening my mind towards creativity and trying out something new. This is me exploring the art design world and realising it isn't as difficult to try as I had thought it'd be. I do have a brother who is good at drawing and sketching but he's almost never at home and even when he is, he gives the excuse of no chance to just watch me and correct me when I'm drawing an image wrongly 😅
Regardless of that, I decided to try the artist quest anyways and I'm happy to see the outcome I'm having even though it's not as cool as many I've seen.
For this quest, I'm to draw a Lion interacting with the Leo logo and zealy logo (A Lion Zealer)
The Process
After going over a design in my head, I selected my custom size and browsed for a Lion that would fit into the design and picked one. A yellow colored Lion head, I would have changed the color but no big deal, this still looks better for me.
After adding the Lion head, I downloaded, edited and added the zealy logo. This is just my first phase, adding the items I need for the design.
Adding the Leo logo was no biggie, I've had the logo on my canva account for a long time now. I added the logo and resized to my desired size.
After adjusting the image sizes, I browsed for some connecting lines which would show that the Lion is interacting with the two logos. Made use of the rotating icons to get both look same at different edges.
After the lines, I added a conversation box close to the Lion to show the words the Lion could possibly say to the logos for an interaction to happen.
"Lions are crushing it at Zealy" are the words I could think of considering the campaign is coming close to an end and there are a lot of resilient Lions at the top still pushing forward.
I also did some background colour changes to get the final result.
Final Result
I really hope it's good enough for viewing, I'm trying to find the artist in me and hopefully, I'll get better at this through the Campaign quests and more opportunities to come. I think I have some artistry spirit in me, will have to work more on bringing it out.
