This guy isn't just some chump. He was a member of the Crime Crusaders Club. Which is an unfortunate title because it sounds kind of like they are pro-crime. But Captain Marvel, Jr was also a member (the crippled kid from the Shazam! movies).
So Mary Marvel probably knows Bulletman. Wonder how she'll react to his inevitable ass-whupping from Moon Girl.
