Hello everyone! Welcome back to another Splinterlands fan art post. For this fan art, I have drawn a cute version of Warborn Chieftain. This card is Legendary Unit from the Rebellion Rewards card set. This is an Art entry of the weekly contest in Splinterlands. Here are the detailed step-by-step procedures for creating this fan art.
The first step is to draw the outline sketches which composed of circular strokes and rounded edges.
After finalizing the line art, i added the base colors based on the colors of the original character.
In this step, I added information to the eyes of the character to give it life.
The next step is to add shadow by using multiply layer. I also added horizontal lines on top of the shadows to give more texture.
I then added dots with light color to illuminate the character.
For the background, I used green color circles and then added mesh patterns. And here is the final output of my fan art.
