Yo!
….on a need week, new month from me typing from my office desk trying to stack up the achievements for the day. State of mind is happy and calm with a touch of ‘I can’t wait to be home in 2hrs’. I also recognize that I’m hungry. I have not had anything today and it’s almost 3pm so maybe this whole gist of clarity with fasting is really true. I’m not fasting though, just haven’t had the opportunity to eat anything yet and I don’t feel the need to create that opportunity.
