Saturday, 10:46am and I am on bed rest from the heels I wore yesterday. It was surprising to note the muscles that were strained. Not my calf muscles as on would expect but the hamstring and whatever the muscles just above the knees - on the backside of the thighs - are called. I've stretched them periodically this morning which hurts but nothing intrusive.
