The day I was released from a police cell (on my birthday) I sat down to give my thoughts and reflect on what happened to me when I was unlawfully arrested by

, assaulted, pepper sprayed in the face and thrown into a police van only to be illegally detained.
It's still kinda surreal looking back on it.
My human rights were abused, my freedom of speech and freedom of assembly were denied by #TwoTierPolicing, and the world has been talking about it, which is a good thing.
I will fight this ABUSE and INJUSTICE tooth and nail because I'm looking at a three month prison sentence for the 'crime' of journalism.
