Phil, a twelve year old boy of Le Merridrianne Heights is fascinated about the discoveries of major scientists. He became inquisitive about scientific and interplanetary expenditures. This urge led him to pay more attention to sci-fi movies and anything that has to do with space exploration.
In his spare time, he usually assemble all manner of Items ranging from wood, metals, irons and even elements in his makeshift laboratory. His father also supported him by making available those items and other resources for his academic pursuit.
As a beginner Phil one time fabricated a rocket, a mini one though, and other light weapons like spear and bow. Having seen several documentaries of NASA Phil decided to improve on his fabrication, this time to build a more advanced flying object....a space vessel.
The father kept encouraging him though. He built a machine that can be propelled to fly and tasted it with batteries. At his first attempt, it crashed few minutes after take off. It was then discovered that the battery capacity was too low to sustain the object in flight. He was not deterred. He then advanced, albeit with his father's help, to build a space vessel powered with batteries of bigger capacity. Phil programmed it to fly for about forty five minutes.
At the first time of its test, he made sure that the entire neighbourhood was alerted so that they can also take precautionary measures. Once launched by Phil, his space vessel propelled and flew above the sky with the entire neighbours, who were initially skeptical, full of praise and admiration. The object flew for the recommended time and landed safely at the place already provided for its landing.
Once it touched the ground there were shouts of joy and the next day the ministry of science and technology congratulated both Phil and his father for this wonderful feat attained and also sought for their collaboration to make the space vessel an advanced one.
