Vera has worked for the KCJ, a leading beverage company for about seven years. For the past two years however the company has recorded low sales and this has affected productivity and patronage. Efforts to revive it has proved abortive. The CEO Jonas who has been suffering some health challenges decided to retire on health grounds leaving his seat vacant.
The beverage company then turned to the most senior member of the team being Vera to take up the vacant seat. Vera obliged and as part of the plans to revive the ailing beverage ☕🍷 giant applied some changes to its packaging from white to green bags.
This, she believes will make their product more attractive and appealing to both old and new customers.
In about two weeks of its first introduction into the market, the company recorded massive sales. This shows that the consumers were pleased with the rebranded look of the company's product courtesy of Vera's ingenuity.
