It was harvest time. Jansen was expecting a huge harvest so she decided to clear the barn of debris and other rodents that may creep in and savage whatever she'll bring into the barn.
First were the termites. She fumigated the entire barn one week prior to harvest and storage. She felt satisfied with what she had done.
Next were rodents. Those ones are the stubborn type to get rid off. Jansen did a second fumigation to take care of that. The next day strong smell could be perceived within the barn area as most of them were affected by the ordous smell.
Another job was therefore created for Jansen which is locating the dead rodents otherwise the strong smell will affect the workers who'll be bringing the food items into the barn for storage.
This she had to do and luckily for her she was able to finished with all few days before the workers started arriving for the expected harvest.
