This is how it all started; there was a cold room operator who sold a kilo of chicken to a chef.
On a sudden day when the chef had a lot of customers the chef decided to weigh the chicken to see if he was getting the right kilo before he start to use it for the preparation of customers meals, which he found out that the kilo was not what he paid for.
The chef became so angry and went back to the cold room operator to find out what happen to the amount of the kilo of chicken he paid for, and he went the police and got the operator arrested and charged to court.
At the court:
When the case was called upon, the judge asked the cold room operator if he was using any measuring instrument to weight the chicken.
The operator replied, “My Lord, I didn’t have the actual instrument.
I don’t have a proper measuring instrument, but I do make use of scale.”
The judge continue to ask,
“Then how do you weigh the kilo of chicken then?”
The operator replied saying;
“I do put it on the scale instrument.”
Moral of the story:
In life, you get what you give. Don’t try and cheat others.
