#ZapFicMonday - entry for prompt "sound"

It was driving me crazy, every 2 mins. Beep Beep Beep

It was quick, it was high pitched and it was over in a split-second. I had no idea where the sound was coming from. It seemed to come from all directions at once.

I waited,

Beep Beep Beep!

This is my entry for this week's #ZapFicMonday contest to write a story in 240 characters or less based on the prompt "sound".
