There is a new church in the neighborhood, it has been the talk of the town for few weeks now. I have not been there myself because I am a dedicated worker in my church but neighbors have been flying in from time to time to access the church and of course they will have something to say about the new church.
Just the other day, I met one of my neighbors who asked if I had visited the church. I said I have not because I already have a church I am attending. He said, "nobody is telling you to abandon your church, but I am saying you should just go there and see things for yourself maybe how they do things and all". I did not want to argue with him, so I said that is fine.
The idea of always poke nosing in things we should leave alone, especially something that is new or strange to us. I wonder how going to a new church and gossiping with the neighbors about it would help my life in any way.
This is a major trend , whenever there is a new neighbor in the community or a new shop or new organization, people tend to check them out and do all the talking behind.
