George was looking at the records of his subordinate Joseph and felt a familiar feeling. In the past, whenever it is the festive period, Joseph work hours tend to be a little lower as he enters office late but leave office earlier than usual.
George know Joseph as a very hardworking employee but somehow whenever the festive season comes, this phenomena happens. One day, George decided to follow Joseph and understand exactly what was happening. And when George tailed Joseph to a neighbourhood market, he saw Joseph actually moonlighting at a stall, selling festive cookies. George was furious and wanted to confront Joseph but was stopped by a nun.
She spotted George coming in and told George to calm down as she explained the situation to him. She told George, Joseph is a very good boy whom had grown out from the children's home. He is here during festive period to sell festive cookies because he wanted to help the home and fundraise so that the children from the home will have a little more for the festive period. So instead of being angry, George simmered down and went over to Joseph and offer him flexible hours during the festive period so that he can still do what he want to do as he is doing for a greater cause.
