After many years of infighting between the 2 clans, there was finally a potential negotiation towards an end of hostility between them.
The leaders of the 2 clans decided to meet up to discuss terms of peace between them. Both leaders had their clan's survival in consideration especially with the drop in birth rate and also the loss of lives of the clan due to the long standing dispute. As they discussed, they also realized the financial situation of the 2 clans when compared against other nations around them, was severely behind and their people are living below the poverty level.
As such, not just to end the hostility, the two leaders even signed a trade agreement so as to boost the economy of the region and also to ensure they start catching up against other nations.
It was a real breakthrough in the situation between the 2 clans when the leaders showed compassion towards their people, things immediately move for the better when collaboration is way better than conflict. The 2 leaders were also being nominated for Nobel prize for peace in the next year.
