Today is the church's 50th anniversary since it was started in this country. A church that grew in numbers over the years and expanded into new centres.
During the celebration service, a short video clip was being screen to bring everyone back down memory lane on the history of the church when it all started. It started with a scene showing an old colonial building and this was where this church was first established in. When their numbers grew, the small colonial building can no longer hold them and they had to shift to a hall within a convention centre. Finally as they reached more than 1000 congregants, the church bought a piece of land and build up a facility that can house a total number of 5000 congregants.
Today, they are almost at max capacity at this current facility and their senior pastor announced that, in the later half of the year, they will be searching another piece of land that is nearer to the west of the country and would be building up another facility to cater to those whom lived in the west .
