The team had been working all week to resolve the train track issue that caused the train line down for the week. And the team was under immense pressure due to the inconvenience brought to the public but with a strong leadership guiding the team and strong teamwork displayed to get the fault resolved and get things ready for restart of train service.
Just as they wrap up their work, the leaders gather the team and thank them for their hard work. Everyone was happy and headed to the changing room to get changed and go home.
But suddenly the alarm from the control station rang, another fault was discovered at another train line. Just when everyone thought they could go home, in their minds now is, "Oh my, not another crisis."
