He is old and unable to do some certain things.
He set up a task to assess his seven children ability to handle a company.
The one with the highest score will become the new director.

What a nice move by Mr Mike, it only a person with great abilities that can direct a company. Nice short story mate
I wonder what the task is and whether it is objective. Hopefully it will help choose the right person.
