Les cuento… Antes de yo empezar a escribir mi relato de 5 minutos me puse a buscar que era la ratonera y pues me encontré con algo muy peculiar, pues lo que hallé fue una obra la cual lleva por nombre “La ratonera”. Me puse a leer acerca de ello y se me ocurrió una increíble idea, pues escribir un relato que tratara sobre esa obra de teatro y un poquito de ficción, ya que en mi relato aparecerán algunas cosas que no sucedieron o se nombran en la obra, sino que es mi imaginación. Empecemos…
Todo comienza en un lugar donde todo se basaba en protagonizar obras de teatro, en sí era un pequeño pueblo donde cada niño, joven o adulto, recibía como papel un personaje, el cual debía interpretar en un gran escenario que quedaba en la gran ciudad. “La gran ciudad”, pues los habitantes de ese pequeño pueblo decían que cuando te elegían para que fueras a ese sitio podías cumplir tus sueños, porque el que salía de ese pueblo se volvía un excelente actor y lograba todas sus sueños. Es decir, “La gran ciudad” era el sitio donde tú más grande sueño podías cumplir.
Volviendo a este relato, nos fijamos en una mujer, pues la ideas de esta mujer era diferente a todas las demás, pues sus sueños no eran ser una actriz, ni siquiera salir de ese pueblo. Los sueños de ella eran ser una escritora reconocida en “La gran ciudad”… Muchas personas de su pueblo no apoyaron su idea, la despreciaban y decían que nunca tendría un buen futuro si no elegía ser actriz. Esta mujer era muy peculiar, cuando digo peculiar me refiero a que era única, no había nadie que pensara igual que ella, su nombre era Agatha Christie.
Pues Agatha Christie nunca se dejó llevar por los consejos que le daban los demás, pues siguió sus sueños. Hubo un día donde se propuso redactar su primera obra teatral, duró todo un día escribiendo sin parar, dónde ideas maravillosas iban y venían y ella no dejaba pensar. Al terminar su escrito no lo supuso más de dos veces, justo ese día salió lo más rápido posible para postularse como actriz en “La gran ciudad”, no paso ni una hora cuando ya iba camino a la ciudad, porque justo necesitaban una actriz para la nueva obra teatral que se iba a presentar.
Al llegar junto con los demás personajes que iban a representar la obra, Agatha Christie decidió escaparse y cambiar los papeles por la obra que ella escribió… “Si tal vez algunos no harían lo que hizo ella, pero cuando digo que ella era diferente a todos los demás, me refiero a que lo que ella se proponía tenía que lograrlo”. Los papeles estaban en el estudio del teatro y para ella llegar allí, hizo todo lo que estaba a su alcance, y para sorpresa de ella lo logro, cambio la obra original por la que ella hizo.
El momento que la obra de teatro se iba a ensayar, resulta que nadie se dio cuenta de que la obra había sido cambiada porque no se sabía en sí cuál que había escrito en aquellos guiones que debían ensayar cada personaje… El creador de la obra anterior, pues no estaba, por el hecho de que su llegada al teatro iba a ser un poco tarde debido al clima lluvioso que estaba ese día. Entonces los directores y organizadores dieron la orden de ensayar porque en menos de 4 horas se debía estrenar la nueva obra de amor y romance. Pero cuando comenzó cada personaje a representar su papel nada iba acordé a la nueva obra de amor y romance, pero como era una obra sorpresa, los organizadores no dijeron nada, pues pensaron que era una nueva idea que se le había ocurrido al escritor de “La gran ciudad”…
Al momento de comenzar el estreno de la obra, el teatro estaban tan lleno de mucha gente adinerada de todo el mundo, ya que querían presenciar y escuchar la nueva obra del tan reconocido escritor… Cuando finalizó la obra, todos la aplaudieron, porque eran la primera obra que no trataba de amor, eh historias de romance que siempre se protagonizaban. Justo venía llegando el escritor de su largo viaje para poder llegar al teatro, al entrar y abrirse la puerta todos lo felicitaron y dijeron “¡maravillosa obra!”, “una obra muy peculiar”, “nos encantó”… Todas las personas le dijeron cosas muy positivas, porque una obra como esa hasta ese día no existía.
El escritor al enterarse de que trataba la obra, pues se paró y dijo al público: “¡Pero es que…! Esta no es mi obra” y pregunto ¿quién cambio los papeles? Agatha Christie con un poquito levanto la mano entre los personajes de la obra y dijo: “fui yo”. Así de simple fue su respuesta, y para sorpresa de ella el público la aplaudió por tan maravillosa obra de teatro que ella había realizado, pues para el escritor no quedaba más que otra que seguirle la corriente y decir que ella era una de las nuevas escritoras de “La gran ciudad”…
A partir de ese día, la obra de teatro de Agatha Christie fue tan popular en todo el mundo. Su obra llevó por nombre “La ratonera”, donde todo trataba sobre un poco de suspenso, acción y crimen, una obra de teatro muy diferente a todas las demás, y la más exitosa en el mundo.

"The big city", because the inhabitants of that small town said that when they chose you to go to that place you could fulfill your dreams, because whoever came out of that town became an excellent actor and achieved all his dreams. That is to say, "The big city" was the place where you could fulfill your biggest dream.
Returning to this story, we look at a woman, because this woman's ideas were different from all the others, because her dreams were not to be an actress, not even to leave that town. Her dreams were to be a recognized writer in "The big city"... Many people in her town did not support her idea, they despised her and said that she would never have a good future if she did not choose to be an actress. This woman was very peculiar, when I say peculiar I mean that she was unique, there was no one who thought like her, her name was Agatha Christie.
Agatha Christie never let herself be carried away by the advice given to her by others, she followed her dreams. There was a day when she set out to write her first play, she lasted a whole day writing non-stop, where wonderful ideas came and went and she did not stop thinking. When she finished her writing, she did not suppose it more than twice, just that day she left as fast as possible to apply as an actress in "The big city", not even an hour passed when she was already on her way to the city, because they just needed an actress for the new play that was going to be presented.
When she arrived along with the other characters that were going to represent the play, Agatha Christie decided to run away and change the roles for the play she wrote... "Yes maybe some people would not do what she did, but when I say that she was different from all the others, I mean that what she proposed she had to achieve it". The writer was just arriving from his long trip to get to the theater, when he entered and the door opened, everyone congratulated him and said "wonderful play", "a very peculiar play", "we loved it"...
