My Weaknesses, Abilities, and Skills... Part-2 - July 27, 2024

I still remember my Grandmother teaching me Math Addition; we were always in her room on her bed at 12:30 in the afternoon until I fell asleep. I would wake up around 4:00 in the afternoon and play with our neighbor or myself. But at 4:00 in the afternoon, I often sat on a tree trunk and watched the sunset until it got dark.

My aunt and uncle worked every morning to afternoon from Monday to Friday in 1988 or 1989. Before my uncle went to work in EPZA, he often played Air Supply songs while getting ready and told me to turn off the radio when he left. My aunt was in a hurry to leave at 7:00 in the morning because she had to travel to school because she was a teacher.

This is the picture of me studying Kindergarten, and I am the tallest in our class, but I am the shyest of all, but I am energetic. With me are my cousins

I remember when I was in Kindergarten, around age 4 to 5. I only remember studying in BAGTAS with my two female cousins. Even now, I still remember some of the names and looks of my classmates, even my teacher's name. That's how sharp my memory is, especially if the events that are important to me are from the heart.

This is the picture of me dancing and I am the child in the middle of the picture. I remember everything when I think about it, even the feeling of wearing that uniform.

I remember when I was in Kindergarten, I volunteered to participate in school events such as dances, especially if my partner was the girl I liked, whose name was KAYE. I still remember his appearance to this day, especially his eyes. It is a sign of her eyes that her right eye is looking slightly to the right or left of it while the left is in the correct direction of gaze. But she's charming and attractive because of her smile and strange eyes for me.

Despite my unique characteristics and abilities, I also had to cope with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) from a young age. This was a significant challenge I had to navigate as I grew older, shaping my understanding of life.

I still remember when I was a child. I often cry and sulk, especially if I am mocked or scolded. And what I go to most is the same place in the house, the back door near our kitchen. No one except my Grandmother or Uncle Arnold comforts me when I cry.😥 No one else can stop me from crying except my Grandma and Uncle Arnold, even if I lose my voice, except until I fall asleep while crying behind the door. I cried a lot as a child and was emotional, so other kids often made fun of me. When I was young, I was so healthy and mischievous that even though the mango, tamarind, and guava trees were high above our house, I would climb and hang from the branch using a rope like a soldier as I see in the training of soldiers in our place. 💪

I am agile, brave, and unafraid of hurt, but my heart is soft. I am very merciful and willing to give what I have even now that I am old. With my personality, I don't realize that I am being deceived or abused. But when I find out, those kinds of children or people don't bother me anymore, and I don't believe them anymore, no matter their explanation.

In terms of ability, I knew how to repair broken equipment, such as Radios and TVs, at a young age because of my Uncle Arnold's patient teaching. He taught me how to use the tools he uses in electronics to repair broken items. He is a graduate of Electronics Engineering at CVSU Cavite, Cavite State University. I also like to invent things from things that are no longer used. Such as cans, plastic bottles, bottle caps, bike tires, and many others that I can use. However, one of the things I want to do the most because of my Grandfather is growing vegetables and fruits. We usually sell to other people by selling it door to door.😉

Another of my unique characteristics from childhood that I still carry with me that will never go away is the ability to see the spirit. I met a neighbor of ours who was as violent as my ability, but my ability was so intense that even at night, I had difficulty sleeping without someone next to me. The sleepwalker happened to me when I even opened the door of our house, according to my Grandma and cousin Jzel, who was with us inside the home. The time was 10:25 at night, according to them.

To be continued...
