Hello Hivers I have been busy for a while and haven't had the chance to write a po as been been while and am here to wish you all a Happy New Year and a celebration of the season, my post today is a post that has been touching me am still contemplating over the matter after the end I will be awaiting your comment on the comment section hope you find it attractive and interesting...
I would first have to ask if you were to choose between Dream or Love what would you choose it is a short story that keeps me puzzled honestly..Let check out the definition of love and dream
Love
Love is a set of emotions and behaviors characterized by intimacy, passion, and commitment. It involves care, closeness, protectiveness, attraction, affection, and trust. Love can vary in intensity and can change over time.
Dream
A series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person's mind during sleep.
It all started with a young man who liked playing sports and was a footballer he played in a small club in his hometown he was talented at it and before you knew he got the opportunity to play in Lagos he was chosen, he was playing at a club in Lagos and one day the white was looking for a talented player and picked him up and saw his talent he traveled abroad and played for a big league, he was lucky and within few days he traveled abroad I could say things were going pretty well with him
The young man was doing well for the first week, he got a call from home that his mother had been sick the love he had for his mother made he went back to his country to take care of her unfortunately for him the mother died it has been hard ever since then just one week he got his dream club and misfortune came back to bite at him.
Things were going bad for the young man couldn't go back to his dream club he had a friend whom he met and also fell in love with the woman who had been taking care of his mom when he travelled abroad, The friend found a work for him at a hotel where he started to work as a hotel cleaner, he started to work over there sometimes we can't denied fate the certain day at work there is supposed to be a event taking place at work that where he met the boss of the hotel she was a woman they laid eyes on each other the boss fell in love with him, the story changed around and they went out on a date they talked and went to the part where he mentioned his story the boss felt touched and promise to help him, he has forgotten about the girl which he had fall in love with at the village which had been there through out the hard days, he whole focus was for him to go back and continue his dream he never went home after he saw the opportunity to go back to abroad and continue his football career the day finally came he went home to pack his stuff he was supposed to leave for departure he laid eyes on his lover at village he got shock and thought of everything he had done which was bad and the girl who stood up to him during his hard days that when he knew he loves her, he gave up on his dream of travelling and stay up with the girl he really loves... with this story I really want to understand should a man stop believing in his dream and focus on love just because he found the right woman which had his back I would be awaiting your reply and hope you enjoy the short story..
