I see a woman on middle age washing a white sheet. Her outlook shows she is either a mother or a nurse.
I feel happy and proud of my mother

Nature has blessed me with a pearl,
A precious jewel embodied in human form,
Far more priceless than choicest diamond,
Graceful to look at than the northern lights.
When the earth deems it fit to harbour me,
She gave me my first abode,
Through toil, through pain, through stress,
She kept me safe deep within her bowels,
We neither rain nor sun nor frost shall bite.

When the water on which my boat of existence flowed out,
She made wet the patch earth for me with her blood,
And after my lungs take in the first air of life,
She gave me my first world-bound meal.
She who values my smile above life itself,
And my happiness above riches and wealth,
For in her pains am given life,
And on the strength of her knees amd made strong.

When I savor the softness of the earth with my body,
And leave it darken touch on my cover,
She works her nails off to see them clean,
And wears her time away to clear my coats of skin.
Dear heavens! Bless that soul for me,
For my mother is dearer than paradise,
And her words sweeter than victory songs.
