As I walked into the clinic that evening with my friend, who was gravely ill and in urgent need of medical attention, I called out desperately, "Is anyone here? Please, we need help!"

A nurse responded from behind, "What's the problem?"

I quickly began to explain, "My friend is..." but before I could finish, she abruptly interrupted, "Young man, you need to buy a hospital card first!"

Frustrated, I pleaded, "Please, just attend to my friend; the card is not an issue right now."

Unmoved, she coldly replied, "When you're ready to get a card, let me know."

At that moment, I realized that this village hospital would be of no help. The environment was dimly lit, with the eerie sound of crickets echoing in the background. The place felt unsettling. This is a MYSTERY CLINIC I said to myself.

Determined not to waste another minute, I quickly hailed a motorcycle and rushed to the nearest pharmacy, hoping to find the help my friend desperately needed.

Cuando esa tarde entré en la clínica con mi amiga, que estaba gravemente enferma y necesitaba atención médica urgente, grité desesperada: "¿Hay alguien aquí? Por favor, necesitamos ayuda".

Una enfermera respondió desde atrás: "¿Cuál es el problema?".

Rápidamente empecé a explicarle: "Mi amigo está...", pero antes de que pudiera terminar, ella me interrumpió bruscamente: "¡Joven, primero tiene que comprar una tarjeta de hospital!".

Frustrado, le supliqué: "Por favor, atienda a mi amigo; la tarjeta no es un problema ahora".

Sin inmutarse, respondió fríamente: "Cuando esté listo para comprar una tarjeta, avíseme".

En ese momento, me di cuenta de que aquel hospital de pueblo no me serviría de nada. El ambiente estaba poco iluminado, con el inquietante sonido de los grillos resonando de fondo. El lugar resultaba inquietante. Esto es una CLÍNICA DEL MISTERIO, me dije.

Decidida a no perder ni un minuto más, cogí una moto y corrí a la farmacia más cercana, con la esperanza de encontrar la ayuda que mi amiga necesitaba desesperadamente.
