Hace unos años, cuando estaba trabajando en el ministerio, teníamos un ambiente de trabajo muy agradable y cómodo. Y la dirección estaba a manos de una persona, muy cordial y responsable, que mantenía a todo el equipo unido y trabajando de manera conjunta. Y eso, causaba mucha envidia en otras oficinas del ministerio, que tenían problemas constantemente y donde los trabajadores estaban enfrentados a la dirección.
Pero un día, las cosas cambiaron, cuando el jefe se sintió muy mal, y tuvimos que llevarlo a la clínica. Y después de ingresarlo, el médico le dio, unas semanas de reposo, mientras le hacía los estudios, todos los exámenes, y además, así lo ayudaba a recuperarse del cansancio y del estrés. En esas semanas, la directora operativa, tomó la dirección de la oficina, para asegurar que el trabajo continuara.
Sin embargo, a los pocos días, al estar la oficina, al mando de la directora operativa, el ambiente de la oficina comenzó a cambiar, ella tenía preferencia por algunas personas, y apoyaba a sus grupos, dejando en segundo plano al resto de los trabajadores, y además, tenía enfrentamiento constantes, con la asistente del director y el director de comunicaciones.
Y otra de las situaciones que causó preocupación, es que la directora operativa, le pasaba los informes de manera directa a uno de los viceministros, que tenía enfrentamientos con el director general de la oficina. Al pasar, dos semanas, nos enteramos de que al director general, le dieron más tiempo de reposo por una complicación de salud. Y después de esa noticia, tuvimos la visita del viceministro, que estaba enfrentado al director y a la oficina, y él nos informó que, a partir de ese día, la directora operativa, asumiría, el cargo de directora general, encargada, hasta que se definiera la situación de salud del director general.

Cunado, el ministro, por fin habló, y dijo: “Entiendo, compañeros, que para ustedes hay un impostor en el trono, y que ese personaje, ha intentado destruir parte del trabajo que hemos hecho. Pero ya no se preocupen. El director general ocupa de nuevo su cargo el día lunes, y ya está enterado de toda la situación”.
Después de esa noticia, todos los trabajadores quedamos tranquilos y contentos, y todos vimos la cara de preocupación que había en la directora operativa y su grupo de confianza, y todos pudimos ver lo débil, que eran las bases del impostor del trono, que ahora temía, por las acciones que realizó y por lo que le esperaba en su futuro.

However, a few days later, when the office was under the command of the operational director, the atmosphere of the office began to change, she had a preference for some people, and supported her groups, leaving the rest of the workers in the background, and also had constant confrontation, with the assistant to the director and the director of communications.
And another of the situations that caused concern, is that the operational director, passed the reports directly to one of the deputy ministers, who had confrontations with the director general of the office. After two weeks, we learned that the CEO was given more rest time due to a health complication. And after that news, we had the visit of the deputy minister, who was facing the director and the office, and he informed us that, from that day, the operational director, would assume the position of director general, in charge, until the health situation of the director general was defined.
From that moment, the operational director, believed herself the owner and mistress of the office, and began to dismantle, three of the processes and projects, which had been promoted by the director general, but which were not to the taste of the deputy minister, but which had been approved by the minister.
And the discomfort in the office was growing a lot, to the point that one day, the workers, stopped the labor process and demanded a formal meeting with the new director, the deputy minister and the minister. And the next day, they gave us the meeting. And when the meeting began and the situations that had been presenting themselves since they put the operational director in charge as general director began to be raised, it was discovered that behind the whole underlying problem there was a political confrontation between the group of the deputy minister and that of the minister.
