Last week, I saw some group of people carrying placards. I deduced there were staff of a small company close to my house. I overheard them talking about how their pay hasn't be increased ever since they have all been working extra hours.I admire their courage for taking a stand.
If workers don't take a stand, companies would take them for granted. They need their rights.
Workers should always take their stand so that employers will not used them.
Most employers are guilty of this. Hence the need for employees to always speak up.
