🎊😊 WELCOME 😊🎊

Hi, this is my first time entering #ZapFic50Friday. ❤️ At first, I really don't know what to expect and even what to write. But after getting some inspiration, I finally figure out what I would like to write based on this week's prompt: "Sale". All in all, this was a fun experience. I didn't think that I couldtell a story with only fifty words. 😁

I wanted to tell a story that will move emotions or that will leave an inpression to the readers. As of lately, I am fascinated by the horror genre not because I love being scared nor does I love scary stuff but rather because, for me, I am starting lack this kind of feeling. I noticed that as I get older, the stuff that I used to be scared off feels nothing at all and I want to reconnect with that side of me.

In my story, I want to show the horror that we, humans, brought to ourselves.

Our Future

I saw my present as I exit my house. It's a rusting corpse of a dying world. I looked at the high-rise, I looked at myself. It was all metal, that's the price we paid. We sold our past, we didn't think of the price. It's not even for sale.
