Priotise self-care,
Take a lesson from the geese..
How intentional they are about how they look..
They prioritize self-care over anything.

Their self-love is reflected in how they immerse themselves in water..
With constant effort to wash themselves off dirt..
They rest and restart when they need to..
So they don't get worn out.

How much do you love yourself?
Enough to choose you first?
Enough to rest, recharge and restart when it get tough?
Enough to be kind to yourself and give yourself some treats?

These beautiful creatures are a perfect example..
That one can truly be happy if they choose to..
Amidst the chaos, find peace in quiet times.. Find clarity, declutter and discard if your peace is at stake.

Self care includes the physical..
Emotional..Spiritual and Mental,
These should be a daily ritual to refresh and immerse yourself in what brings your soul peace of mind.
