The echoes of your laughters still fill these walls,
They recognise your presence and embrace you even while you are gone,
You journeyed into this world curled up in my arms,
And brought a sense of great fulfilment to any hands that touched you.
Your skin, glamorous and your heart so pure,
Your smile, heavenly, and your eyes filled with warmth,
Your presence is a sparkling light the world has come to adore,
And I can not be told otherwise of why you've come into my world,
Yes, you are an angel that you are.
I thought I knew so much of the world until you came to me,
Our path must have been destined because with you,
All I see is the world's beauty,
The pain and frustrations I felt long ago,
The deep ache in my heart that make me shudder every time I go back to memory lane,
I was able to overcome all because you showed me your light.
A light so beautiful and filled with calmness,
The love that surrounds you is strong and filled with kindness,
I remember your first sound, how musical they were to my ears,
And your first step, how gracefully you walked with beauty in your soul,
You light up my world each and every day.
Even now that you are gone, the wall still knows your name,
I had known you won't stay long for you are too good for the world,
The little time you spent with us was filled with joy and happiness,
Nothing else mattered with you in our midst.
And no word in the entire world can describe how remarkable you were.
So, fly on and go on, my beautiful rainbow,
Though with tears in my eyes of your absence, I am contented,
Because I was able to hold and live with an angel like you,
My world became anew because of your presence,
And with that, I bid you farewell, my little angel
But forever in my heart, your presence and memories will ever stay.
For you are the angel that made me feel alive in a lost world.
