The poem illustrates each person's responsibility in any ramifications of life in which one finds himself or herself.
Looking at it from broader aspects.
Your thoughts bring the best out of you in a working environment, home setting, relationship revolvement, and other involvements one meets oneself in the real world.
Most people think your work as a father, mother, child, relative, colleague, and friend as an aspect to do your part with is the main responsibility; yes, it may be so, but why not work on your thoughts.?
What you think about yourself and what you think about others will ooze out as a character each person embodies.
If you always think of positivity, you will be a positively inclined personality which is ready for growth any time is showcase .
Forget about the politics of life and if otherwise embodying negativity, your result will be visible not only to you but to others as well.
Self growth is the uppermost responsibility if I may say and it is when you have grown to that prime that any to do responsibility won't be seen as a part forced to do or corrected to do.
Mostly, external forces should not interfere or hinder your kind if you are disciplined enough to be self-responsible.
It is just a perspective so no big debate on that.
