The dark;
His greatest mare.
The night; his deepest fear.
Haunted by unseen visitors,
All night!
They come,
To idle minds
Whose heart is faint and weak.
With destinies, great and mighty
Be ware!
Tonight,
His demon knocked.
Should he open or not?
"But I want pleasure, not regret,"
He thought.
" Oh ah!"
He moaned a cry.
His demon had his way,
A hand went to and fro his thigh:
Pleasure!
Lights on,
His eyes unveiled
As guilty as a thief
He cried a river in remorse;
Lord, help!
Listen,
Renew your minds
Be no friend of the dark
Embrace light, there your rescue comes,
Be warned!
